Job Description

Create and maintain relationships with Client to better understand and achieve their needs
Work with community team within the company to communicate needs for clients’ needs
Make visits to our customers to identify issues and opportunities for business growth
Manage reporting (monthly) to clients regularly

Requirements

Previous account management or project management experience (1 year min)
Has solid knowledge of community & program development and the framework associated with it
Adept in using analytical tools
Understand business needs across industries in general
Understand and keep up to date with various industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Accustomed to multi-tasking and project management
Willingness to learn
