Contacting internal and external teams related to the program
Working with others division in the provision of information and programs for external and internal need
Ensure the implementation of all program activities goes well
Provide information or progress reports of the program implementation and obstacles encountered
Assist team for administrative management and completion affairs as standard operating procedure
Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
Will be placed in our unit business Boleh Belajar.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Preferably have experience handling program (online or offline)
Possess strong problem solving and time management skills
Well organized, detail oriented, fast learner, and able to handle tight deadlines
Can operate Google Workspace and Zoom
Strong critical thinking, strategic and problem-solving skills, able to drive change and provide clarity on the implications of complex issues and how these will affect the programme
Strong experience in supporting teams to manage competing resource demands and time conflicts in a sensitive and efficient manner to achieve organisational goals and create a culture of working collaboratively.
