Job Description

Supervise and support account managers to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
Forecast and track key account metrics
Drive bigger clients retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
Create and maintain relationships with Clients to better understand and achieve their needs
Work with the creative team within the company to communicate needs for clients needs
Oversee the creation and production of high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with the client’s brand and messaging
Manage reporting (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to clients regularly.

Requirements

Ability to develop efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups, and effectively implements and coordinate these plans
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective social media platform that drove engagement and growth
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
Adept in using analytical tools
Understand and keep up to date with various industries and competitive landscape knowledge
Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Accustomed to multitasking and project management
Willingness to learn.
