Job Description
    • Lead the creative team to consistently deliver high-quality and innovative creative solutions.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with the client’s objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
    • Analyze audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
    • Determine which format to communicate various types of content on various platform
    • Create a pitchdeck for brand or corporate approach
    • Identify ways to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads/purchase
    • Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas and develop innovative concepts for client projects
    • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and strategists.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure team members reach their full potential
    • Create Concept Moodboard for Editorial Plan & Content Plan
    • Following trends on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Short)
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and project management.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Creative Director or similar creative leadership role within a creative agency
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor creative professionals
    • A passion for creativity, innovation, and a strong pulse on current trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry
    • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
    • Confidence to communicate your IDEAS and present them to internal and clients
    • The flexibility to adapt your IDEAS to suit client expectations
    • An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed.
