Job Description
    • Manage Customer Service & Customer Support such as consultation, registration, complain, problem solving, and so on (have experience as Customer Service, Customer Support or CRM Specialist is a point plus)
    • Manage customer database
    • Converting inbound leads into sales
    • Outbound sales for every promotion campaign
    • Converting outbound leads into potential leads
    • Utilize CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and automate workflows (experience in using Qontak is a point plus)
    • Develop and maintain documentation of CRM processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales marketing or CRM roles
    • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
    • Proven track record of using data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • A big passion on engaging customers and expanding their use cases through our product.
