Job Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews for intern and freelance roles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating direct to Talent Acquisition.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines regularly.
  • Assist in employee development, engagement activities, and internal events.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and employee documentation accurately.
  • Support data management and reporting using Google Sheets.
  • Provide general administrative support for HR projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setting (office & remote).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
  • Ability to administer and score psychological tests is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets functions (e.g., FILTER, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
