Human Resources Intern
Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews for intern and freelance roles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating direct to Talent Acquisition.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines regularly.
- Assist in employee development, engagement activities, and internal events.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and employee documentation accurately.
- Support data management and reporting using Google Sheets.
- Provide general administrative support for HR projects and activities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setting (office & remote).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
- Ability to administer and score psychological tests is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets functions (e.g., FILTER, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
