Head of Marketing Communication
Job Description
- Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential channels to drive client acquisition, retention, and overall brand visibility.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaign management including research, creative direction, channel planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Oversee creation of compelling content such as social media posts, PR materials, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and website copy to strengthen brand narrative and positioning.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with media, tech platforms, influencers, and co-marketing collaborators to expand reach and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Represent the agency in industry events, public speaking engagements, and client-facing activities as a brand ambassador.
- Design and execute community engagement programs such as events, webinars, and ambassador initiatives to increase brand affinity and audience loyalty.
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and development goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently, optimizing for high-impact, high-ROI initiatives.
- Build marketing performance dashboards and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years experience in marketing communication roles, preferably in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Proven track record in campaign strategy, brand building, and partnership development.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, and paid media.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills for building partnerships and community programs.
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong track record of running integrated campaigns and delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent storytelling, content strategy, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams, partnerships, and marketing budgets.
