- Manage and grow Boleh Belajar’s social media channels across relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (organic & paid) aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities for new programs, features, or initiatives, from launch planning to execution.
- Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and insights.
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose data-driven improvements for ongoing and future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, sales, and partnerships) to ensure campaign alignment and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management (experience in edutech or digital products is a plus).
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and product or program launches.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content planning tools.
- Familiar with digital marketing channels, including organic social media and paid advertising.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance using data, insights, and basic analytics tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and preparing performance reports.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
