Untuk bisa membentuk pola perilaku konsumen yang seperti itu, diperlukan kualitas tinggi dari <em>brand<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat sudah terbentuk, bisnis cenderung lebih mudah mempertahankan konsumennya, selama kualitas tetap dijaga. Karena <em>brand loyalty<\/em> penting dalam dunia bisnis, para<em> business owners<\/em> perlu memahami indikator-indikator utamanya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah pas banget, di artikel ini kita akan bahas tentang indikator <em>brand loyalty<\/em> untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan audiens. Simak, ya!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <em>Customer Churn Rate<\/em> (CCR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Customer Churn Rate<\/em> (CCR) adalah indikator untuk mengukur berapa konsumen yang berhenti membeli produk atau layanan dalam suatu periode tertentu. Semakin rendah CCR, semakin tinggi juga tingkat loyalitas konsumennya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Memonitor CCR bisa membantu bisnis mengidentifikasi penyebab kepergian konsumen dan mengambil tindakan preventif untuk kedepannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <em>Net Promoter Score<\/em> (NPS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Net Promoter Score<\/em> (NPS) adalah metode yang populer untuk mengukur kepuasan konsumen. Konsumen biasanya diminta memberikan skor dari 0 hingga 10 terkait sejauh mana mereka akan merekomendasikan produk atau layanan kepada orang lain.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsumen yang memberikan skor tinggi (9-10) dianggap sebagai <em>promotor<\/em>, dan yang memberikan skor rendah (0-6) dianggap sebagai <em>detraktor<\/em>. NPS dihitung dengan mengurangkan persentase <em>detraktor <\/em>dari persentase <em>promotor<\/em>.\u00a0 Semakin tinggi skornya, semakin loyal juga konsumen yang dimiliki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <em>Customer Lifetime Value<\/em> (CLV)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indikator selanjutnya ada <em>Customer Lifetime Value<\/em> (CLV), metrik untuk mengetahui total biaya yang dikeluarkan konsumen selama bekerjasama dengan perusahaan. CLV perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengurangi churn dan menyiapkan strategi efektif demi memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meningkatkan CLV bisa dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, seperti memberikan pelayanan ekstra, menawarkan program loyalitas, dan menjaga kualitas produk atau layanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <em>Customer Retention Rate<\/em> (CRR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Terakhir, ada indikator yang bernama <em>Customer Retention Rate<\/em> (CRR). CRR sendiri adalah indikator untuk mengukur persentase konsumen yang melakukan <em>repeat order<\/em> (pembelian berulang).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tujuannya nggak lain untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari strategi yang sudah dijalankan. Semakin tinggi persentasenya, semakin tinggi juga kepuasan konsumennya.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Itulah sedikit penjelasan tentang <em>brand loyalty<\/em> dan beberapa indikatornya.
