Job Description
- Manage all marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure company communication effectively attracts new customers and retains existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team in cross-functional collaborations with product, sales, and customer support.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimal marketing strategy.
- Lead market research efforts and manage the marketing team to achieve company goals.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, as well as campaign management.
- Strong creative, analytical, and adaptive thinking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends, including SEO, social media, and content design.
- Proficiency in budget management and measurable marketing strategies.
- Previous experience working in an agency is a strong plus.
