Job Description
- Identify potential sponsors and develop compelling sponsorship proposals to secure new partnerships.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner expectations.
- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to attract new sponsors and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branding, promotions, and event activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sponsorship value and ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
- Work closely with the event team to guarantee sponsor deliverables are met and expectations exceeded.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential sponsors.
- Track and report on sales progress, sponsorship revenue, and overall projections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sponsorship effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Additional performance-based incentives as a percentage of each successful sponsorship deal.
