Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with agency goals and market trends
- Analyze industry data and client insights to identify growth opportunities and market differentiators
- Lead Integration Manager to understand business objectives and formulate strategic recommendations
- Act as a bridge between departments and project managers to gather and analyze business processes and improvement strategies
- Provide insights and thought leadership to clients, positioning the agency as a strategic partner
- Create strategic planning, corporate pitching, and plan execution flow for the whole service in BDD
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the team
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate strategic planning into overall agency operations and set compliance standards across the organization
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct regular market analysis and SWOT assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Regularly assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Create and maintain a repository of best practices in business process modeling to be used as references for future projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within a digital agency or related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
