• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams to translate client needs into effective campaign strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs and objectives are achieved.
• Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee budget distribution to optimize paid campaign results.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients.

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Passionate, supportive, and collaborative team player.
