SEO Lead
Job Description
- Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver effective and measurable results.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) that align with client goals.
- Oversee all SEO projects from planning to reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct keyword research, website audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with content, web, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Create and maintain SEO templates, content plans, and reports to support consistent performance.
- Present reports and insights to clients in a clear, strategic, and engaging way.
- Support the business team in preparing proposals and pitching SEO strategies to potential clients.
- Keep updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to improve overall performance.
- Manage partnerships with writers, vendors, and backlink providers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with at least 2 years in a leadership role, will be good in a digital agency.
- Strong SEO business understanding, able to connect SEO performance with business results.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills, both in client presentations and internal collaboration.
- Able to communicate clearly and comfortably with different stakeholders (convenience communication).
- Skilled in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Experienced in managing workflows, teams, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of content marketing and digital campaign integration is a plus.
