Graphic Designer
Job Description
- Produce high-quality graphic designs with strong attention to layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure clear and effective visual communication.
- Translate creative concepts into impactful digital assets across various formats and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with production teams (creator, strategist, creative executor) to align design output with project needs and campaign objectives.
- Create motion graphic elements when needed to support video production and social media campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when required, clients translating feedback into clear and actionable design revisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of design output.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Proficient in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (Plus: After Effects, Figma, or Canva Pro)
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Familiar with digital and social media design requirements
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable receiving feedback and handling revisions
- A relevant portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, or agency work
Nice to Have
- Experience working with FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or tech brands
- Up-to-date with design and social media trends
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles (minimalist, bold, playful, editorial)
- Basic motion design knowledge or experience collaborating with motion designers
