Job Description
- Drive strategic partnership with clients by aligning delivery to business goals and shaping executive narratives that impact ROI
- Lead account planning and financial performance, while unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities for sustainable growth
- Act as key escalation point, resolving critical issues and translating complex decisions into clear recommendations for leadership
- Ensure effective cross-service operations and proactively mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges
- Lead and develop account teams, building accountability and preparing future leaders through coaching and succession planning
- Manage multi-region client relationships to ensure strategic alignment and long-term partnership stability
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management or client services within an agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Strategic & commercial mindset with strong business acumen
- Excellent client partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities
- Strong execution in project management, planning, and risk mitigation
- Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making
