Job Description
- Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the client’s objectives, target audience, and current social media trends.
- Create content plans and prepare production needs before the shooting process.
- Execute content production, including talent direction, shooting, and content documentation.
- Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content meets the client’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager and internal team throughout the content production process.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Manage content files and deliver final assets according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate content performance and provide recommendations for future content improvements.
Requirements
- Active on TikTok and Instagram, with a good understanding of current social media trends and content formats. (Please include your TikTok account and portfolio.)
- Experienced in planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
