Job Description
- Develop and implement community strategies to strengthen the agency’s brand awareness, engagement, and long-term community growth.
- Plan and execute community activation programs, including networking events, workshops, learning sessions, and other engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align community initiatives with brand campaigns, content strategies, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, partners, speakers, and other key stakeholders to expand the agency’s network.
- Design and implement community engagement and retention initiatives to foster meaningful interactions and increase participation.
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of community events by managing timelines, external vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor community performance, analyze engagement metrics, gather feedback, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage community documentation, budgets, reporting, and operational processes to ensure effective planning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Management, Partnerships, Event Management, Marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing community engagement strategies and executing community or brand activation programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing, to support brand growth and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about building meaningful communities and brand experiences.
