Job Description
- Act as the primary strategic advisor and main point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term partnership and business growth.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies, media plans, and budget recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Content, and other specialists) to ensure high-quality execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Present performance reports, business reviews, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand agency services through strategic consultation and cross-functional solutions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Account Management, or Digital Strategy, preferably in an agency.
- Proven experience managing regional, multinational, or global clients.
- Strong knowledge of integrated digital marketing, with expertise in Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and broader digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, media planning, budget management, and performance analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in leading meetings and presentations with international clients.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
