Job Description
- Develop integrated creative, communication, content, and digital experience strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Build audience insights, messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and customer journey strategies across the marketing funnel.
- Create social media, content, creator/KOL, community, and organic growth strategies across digital platforms.
- Develop website, landing page, and digital experience strategies while collaborating with UX/UI, Development, and Performance teams.
- Define content, engagement, and business measurement frameworks, ensuring organic and paid strategies work together.
- Lead strategic recommendations for client pitches, proposals, and integrated growth initiatives.
- Guide creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaign executions.
- Develop strategic methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across creative, content, social, and digital experience.
- Mentor internal teams while building case studies and driving continuous improvement across strategic deliverables.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in creative strategy, communication planning, content strategy, social media, digital experience or related fields.
- Min. 3 years in a senior strategic, consulting, or client-facing role.
- Experience in an integrated, creative, digital agency, consultancy, content company, or brand strategy team.
- Proven experience developing integrated campaigns, content ecosystems, social strategies, or digital customer experiences.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting strategies to senior clients.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and successful campaign or digital experience execution.
