Job Description
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram & TikTok aligned with Boleh Belajar’s marketing objectives.
- Create clear and actionable content briefs (scripts, storyboards, visual directions) for the creative team to execute.
- Lead or support on-site/studio content shoots to ensure high-quality raw footage that aligns with creative direction.
- Review, refine, and approve final creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future content.
- Stay updated on edutech trends and viral topics to initiate timely content ideas for the production team.
- Engage with the Boleh Belajar Alumni community to build strong relationships, loyalty, and active participation.
- Manage daily interactions across social media channels (comments, DMs) in a timely, informative, and professional manner.
- Collect community feedback and translate insights into content ideas or community activation initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of online/offline community events such as webinars, IG Live sessions, and alumni gatherings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Media, or related field.

1–2 years experience in social media management, content production, or community management (preferably in education or digital industry.

Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats, algorithms, and best practices.

Experience creating content briefs and collaborating with designers, video editors, or creative teams.

Ability to execute or direct basic video/photo shoots (familiarity with mobile production tools is a plus).

Solid analytical skills with the ability to read social media metrics and provide actionable insight.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for engaging with community.

Creative, trend-aware, and able to proactively spot & adapt to relevant edutech or viral topics.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content pipelines at once.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
