Job Description

  • Drive strategic partnership with clients by aligning delivery to business goals and shaping executive narratives that impact ROI
  • Lead account planning and financial performance, while unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Act as key escalation point, resolving critical issues and translating complex decisions into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Ensure effective cross-service operations and proactively mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges
  • Lead and develop account teams, building accountability and preparing future leaders through coaching and succession planning
  • Manage multi-region client relationships to ensure strategic alignment and long-term partnership stability

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management or client services within an agency or integrated marketing environment.
  • Strategic & commercial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Excellent client partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities
  • Strong execution in project management, planning, and risk mitigation
  • Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making
  • Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
