Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure (BAU & tender projects).
- Drive new client acquisition aligned with segmentation strategy and contribute directly to individual revenue targets.
- Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client objectives.
- Increase multi-service client ratio through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Maintain structured CRM documentation and a healthy, measurable Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) pipeline.
- Participate in relevant tenders and support professional Mandarin communication in meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Development in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for professional/business communication.
- Proven experience in crafting proposals and delivering solution-based selling.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with CRM and service teams.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and attend head office when required
