Copywriter
Job Description
- Develop compelling copy and content for social media, campaigns, ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), websites, landing pages, and video scripts (short & long-form).
- Adapt tone of voice to align with brand guidelines and target audiences across platforms.
- Craft strong headlines, storytelling angles, hooks, CTAs, and messaging frameworks.
- Translate briefs, audience insights, and brand strategies into relevant, effective copy.
- Understand content objectives across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Collaborate with strategists to shape big ideas and campaign narratives.
- Work closely with designers and videographers to ensure copy and visuals complement each other.
- Revise and refine copy based on internal and client feedback.
- Ensure copy quality, clarity, grammar accuracy, and message consistency.
- Optimize and adapt copy for different digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee Live, websites, etc.).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Copywriter (agency, brand, or media background preferred).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia with natural, clear, and engaging writing skills.
- Solid understanding of copy structure (hook – value – proof – CTA).
- Experienced in writing for digital and social-first content.
- Open to feedback, revisions, and collaborative working processes.
- Basic to intermediate English writing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO copy, performance-driven copy, FMCG/lifestyle/beauty/health brands, or short-form video culture (TikTok/Reels) is an advantage.
