Job Description

We are looking for a GA focusing in General Service & Maintanance to join our team and support smooth daily operations in our office. The GA role ensures that our workplace is safe, comfortable, and well-equipped, while also coordinating with vendors and assisting employees with their operational needs.

  • Manage daily office operational needs (supplies, pantry, working equipment)
  • Handle vendor management & procurement of goods/services, including non-routine requests
  • Ensure proper maintenance and comfort of office buildings and facilities
  • Track and manage company assets (laptops, devices, furniture, etc.)
  • Arrange employee business trips (transportation & accommodation)
  • Manage petty cash and stock opname reporting for GA purposes
  • Provide logistical support for internal company events (meetings, workshops, outings, etc.)
  • Coordinate operational needs of the branch office to align with head office standards
  • Support office permit/license renewal and other compliance-related needs (when required)
  • Monitor and maintain office facilities (electricity, AC, plumbing, furniture, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration/Management
  • Min 3 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or related functions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Willing to travel occasionally between Bandung and Jakarta.
