Job Description
We are looking for a GA focusing in General Service & Maintanance to join our team and support smooth daily operations in our office. The GA role ensures that our workplace is safe, comfortable, and well-equipped, while also coordinating with vendors and assisting employees with their operational needs.
- Manage daily office operational needs (supplies, pantry, working equipment)
- Handle vendor management & procurement of goods/services, including non-routine requests
- Ensure proper maintenance and comfort of office buildings and facilities
- Track and manage company assets (laptops, devices, furniture, etc.)
- Arrange employee business trips (transportation & accommodation)
- Manage petty cash and stock opname reporting for GA purposes
- Provide logistical support for internal company events (meetings, workshops, outings, etc.)
- Coordinate operational needs of the branch office to align with head office standards
- Support office permit/license renewal and other compliance-related needs (when required)
- Monitor and maintain office facilities (electricity, AC, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Strategy and/or Social Media roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end social media workflows.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Experience handling healthcare, corporate, or regulated-industry brands is a plus.
- Familiar with project-based or retainer brand management and basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR), including TikTok & Instagram ecosystems.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and attend onsite at the client’s office once a week.
- Willing to work under a project-based contract arrangement.
