Job Description
- Collaborate closely to identify opportunities to improve internal processes that affect client deliverables.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, social media, live chat, or directly) by providing clear and accurate information about products, services, promotions, company policies, or technical guidance if needed.
- Receive, record, and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively by coordinating with relevant departments for more complex issues.
- Report trends in customer complaints or needs to management for product or service improvements.
- Provide alternatives or product recommendations according to customer needs and identify opportunities to increase sales through customer service approaches (upselling/cross-selling).
- Collect feedback from customers to understand their experiences.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are properly recorded in the CRM system.
- Create weekly or monthly reports related to customer service activities.
- Assist customer loyalty programs by providing information or education about their benefits.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer support software/tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Preferably experienced in the FMCG industry.
- Willing to work on a project based contract.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
