Job Description

  • Create and implement strategies to drive e-commerce traffic, boost sales, and enhance client brand visibility.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with affiliate networks, influencers, KOLs, and content publishers to achieve campaign goals.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaigns and ensure success.
  • Establish performance-based incentive structures, including tiered commissions and bonuses, to motivate affiliate partners.
  • Oversee live-streaming initiatives (e.g., TikTok) from planning to execution, including data analysis to meet GMV and engagement goals.
  • Compile detailed reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Offer onboarding, training, and consistent communication to ensure affiliates have the tools needed to succeed.
  • Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and negotiate commission rates to ensure profitability.
  • Research and implement innovations in affiliate marketing, staying ahead of industry changes and emerging platforms.
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing affiliate marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Integrate affiliate marketing strategies with the agency’s broader e-commerce services, such as marketplace optimization and product catalog management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/Influencer, preferably in the e-commerce or agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks, such as Google Analytics, tracking software, and affiliate networks.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
