Job Description
-
Set up promotional tools, including vouchers, in-store flash sales, shop decoration, and campaigns on clients’ e-commerce platforms.

Upload and regularly update product information, including descriptions, prices, product photos, keywords, and stock levels across e-commerce platforms.

Monitor and manage product inventory to ensure stock availability and accurate records.
-
Oversee and manage the administration of online stores, including category settings, promotion setups, and discounts.
-
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of product launches, campaigns, and updates.
-
Analyze campaign and store performance metrics, generating actionable insights for improvement.

Resolve operational issues, such as order fulfillment delays, stock discrepancies, and platform-related queries, in a timely manner.

Ensure all client stores comply with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional activities.

Communicate with e-commerce platform representatives to optimize store visibility and address platform-related concerns.
Requirements

Familiar with seller dashboard (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, & Tokopedia).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for data analysis.

Understanding of online store operations, including category management, promotions, and inventory tracking.

Ability to resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively, such as managing stock discrepancies or technical issues.

Have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online store management.

Experienced in using e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

Able to communicate well and have strong organizational skills.
-
Careful and detailed in managing product data and client information.

Willing to work on a project based (freelance).
