Job Description
- Research and brainstorm creative content ideas that align with brand values, target audience interests, and current social media trends.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and structured content plans for video and social media platforms.
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content including videos, photos, graphics, and thumbnails for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and content formats to ensure output remains fresh, relevant, and performance-driven.
- Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar creative role (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content trends.
- Creative mindset with storytelling ability and visual sense.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talents.
- Basic photography & videography skills.Strong time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Experience in various industry such beauty, lifestyle, fashion, FnB, services, or tech content creation.
- Copywriting ability for captions and hooks.
