Job Description
    1. Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms.
    2. Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns aligned with the brand mission across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
    3. Drive growth in social media followership, engagement, and overall online presence.
    4. Create compelling and unique copywriting, captions, and visually appealing content to elevate the brand’s identity on social media.
    5. Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication across all social channels.
    6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, data, and insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance, creating regular performance reports.
    7. Manage and nurture the community on social media platforms, including engaging and moderating discussions within chat groups.
Requirements
    1. Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms.
    2. Proficiency with social media management tools
    3. Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and relevant content ideas.
    4. Proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) for monitoring and reporting.
    5. Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar.
    6. Skills in monitoring competitor activities and identifying trends and opportunities.
    7. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
    8. Experience in managing online communities, including group discussions and engagement on platforms.
