Job Description
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns aligned with the brand mission across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Drive growth in social media followership, engagement, and overall online presence.
- Create compelling and unique copywriting, captions, and visually appealing content to elevate the brand’s identity on social media.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication across all social channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, data, and insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance, creating regular performance reports.
- Manage and nurture the community on social media platforms, including engaging and moderating discussions within chat groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and relevant content ideas.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) for monitoring and reporting.
- Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Skills in monitoring competitor activities and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Experience in managing online communities, including group discussions and engagement on platforms.
